Empowering YOUth Citizenship EU Future is a project implemented under the CERV program by 6 European countries - Poland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece and the Netherlands. The main goal of this projects is to encourage local youth to take an active part in building the future of the European Union. Through its activities, the project promotes values such as peace, tolerance, international dialogue as well as mutual understanding and respect of the participants.’’YOUth for EU’’ wants to show with his actions how important is to familiarize young people with social life. Our future and further EU cooperation depends on today’s youth, which is why it is so important that it be able to shape its own views from an early age. For this purpose, we want to enable young people to access better education focused on international relations and to discuss today’s values of the Union.
Main goals of the project is :
- enriching young people's knowledge of the importance of active citizenship and raising awareness of Europe's history and values, and appreciating diversity as an integral part of European society;
- engaging the values, rights and freedoms of the EU by encouraging engaging in a social and active group;
- an increase in the number of people to be more active in active citizenship for the community community through the development of technologies and the tools the Union provides for employment, society, society and training and volunteering.
